Surprising comfort on a budget
We were shocked by how clean and cute this place was! The bed was a dream, and the staff went out of their way to assist us. Truly a gem!
The surrounding area was quite noisy was good. The thin walls meant we could hear others too.

the layout was nice and the water pressure.
Pillows was not fluffy, cigarette burn mark on the covers. My room was just as hot as outside. But I understand energy saving. But the hotel knew I was coming.

We thoroughly enjoyed rooms with refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. The location seemed marvellous and handy close enough to EVERYTHING. Moreover, it's very close to Texas and Nacogdoches for about three years.

Room was clean, staff was friendly, free breakfast, free wireless internet.
Room need a little care on it's wear and tear. Our room key did not work the second night we stayed there. We had to take it to the front desk to reactivate. It appeared this was happening to several guests. There was not enough parking. After a long day in the heat, we had to park across the property and walk back across to our room.
